This exercise is designed for people of all ages and in all kinds of conditions. It has the essence of all kinds of body works: Do-In, Yoga, Sotai, Karate, Aikido, Reflexology, and Acupressure. You can start the exercise in bed from the moment you wake up. It covers all the parts of the body: from the top of the head to the tip of the toes.
You can do Longevity Exercise at your own pace and strength. It may take from 15 to 30 minutes.

Born in Osaka, Japan, in 1956
Graduate of Kototama Institute in Santa Fe, New Mexico, where he learned Oriental Medicine and Aikido.
Graduate of University of Texas in Dallas with a science degree.
Black belt in Aikido and karate.
Long-time practitioner of Macrobiotic living.
