Where do your herbs come from?

People’s Herbs sources premium Chinese herbs that are authenticated by trained specialists, processed according to traditional standards, and manufactured in cGMP-certified facilities. All internal formulas are independently tested for heavy metals, microbes, and pesticides. Products contain no pharmaceuticals, sugars, dyes, or chemicals.


Are your herbs tested?

Yes. All herbs are tested by an SGS-certified laboratory for safety and quality.


Why is there a manufacture date instead of an expiration date?

Our products list a manufacture date. For best potency, we recommend use within:

  • Capsules & tablets: 5 years

  • Liniments: 3 years

  • Ointments & skincare: 3 years

  • Pediatric formulas: 3 years (36 months)


Why do color variations occur?

Herbs are natural products. Color variation between batches is normal and does not affect quality or effectiveness.


Some capsules look compressed. Are they safe?

Yes. Our capsules contain no fillers, so natural settling may occur. The herbs remain safe and effective.

Do you offer gift cards?

Yes. Electronic gift cards are available in amounts over $25 and are delivered by email. Gift cards are excluded from discounts.
