How do I place an order with People's Herbs?
Why can't I see prices or an order button?
Prices and the order button are only visible when you are logged into your account and are recognized as a preapproved licensed healthcare practitioner. Account activation requires the submittal and approval of your healthcare license. If are experiencing any issues logging in, seeing prices, etc, please give us a call and we will remedy your account in minutes.
Yes, simply select the "In-Store Pick up - No Charge" shipping option when you check out. We are happy to have your order packed and ready for pick up at our Portland warehouse. We do our best to fill our will call orders timely. Once your order is processed you will receive an email, "Your People's Herbs Order Is Ready To Be Picked Up" or "Ready by 'a specified time'". You will receive a second email "Your invoice from People's Herbs, Inc." once our warehouse has charged your your account. Do you accept backorders?
Sorry, we do not.
Will you ship directly to my patient?
Yes, a dropship fee of $3.85 applies (in addition to our shipping charges) for orders that are shipped to your patient. This fee is a FedEx residential surcharge. There is no pricing information included with these orders; your credit card will be charged and you can then bill the patient directly with your customary markup.
Please contact us immediately at (800) 270-5760 if you receive damaged items in your shipment. Retain all packing materials as a Fedex representative may need to inspect the shipment.
Returns must be made within 30 days of the date on the invoice; please call for a return authorization. We cannot accept any returns that have not received a return authorization. Returned merchandise must be unused and in sellable condition (i.e. in original, unmarked, undamaged packaging). Credit will be applied upon receipt of the merchandise.
